I guess that was a little vague huh, made my own sauce similar to how they make theirs, they basically your typical butter/hot sauce buffalo sauce with a few additions and they emulsify it with egg, I think it really sticks to the wings better this way...
Melt the butter in a small pot over medium low heat, do not boil, just heat enough to melt. Add in everything but the egg, stir to mix and shut off the heat. Plop your egg yolk in a seperate bowl or blender, whisk in a little of the sauce at a time until how have a nicely emulsified buffalo sauce. Toss with yo deep fried wangs! The 1 egg yolk would probably be enough to double or triple this recipe.
Is bw3's style out of the jar? or what? They do look just like bw3s wings. You need some wetnaps for those suckers ...
